Before You Train
Start With A Performance Assessment
Before deciding what an athlete needs to train, we first need to understand where they are.
The ADC Performance Assessment evaluates key areas of athletic performance including speed, power, strength, mobility, and movement quality. Results are organized into a Player Performance File that identifies strengths, development priorities, and the areas that should be addressed first.
From there, we can recommend the right training path and use future assessments to measure progress over time.
