Our Story

Built By Listening

ADC began by listening to athletes and their families — identifying the gaps in training and what players actually needed. Our commitment isn't just more repetitions, but better repetitions: enhanced coaching and intentional development. That approach evolved into a structured training system centered on strength, speed, movement, and performance. Today, ADC works with athletes across sports, helping them build the foundation to compete at the highest level.

Our Philosophy

How We Train

01

Structure

Every session should have a purpose and fit into a larger development plan. We don't run random workouts — each rep, set, and drill ties back to what the athlete needs to build next.

02

Progression

As athletes improve, their training should evolve with them. What challenges a beginner isn't what challenges someone six months in, so the plan keeps moving as they do.

03

Transfer

What we build in training should help athletes perform better in their sport. Strength and speed only matter if they show up on the field, court, or pitch — that's the standard we train to.

04

Consistency

Long-term development comes from showing up, competing, and putting quality work together over time. There's no shortcut — real progress is built session by session, month after month.

“What stood out to us was the quality of the coaching staff. They care and they challenge. My daughter comes home exhausted and excited every single week.”

— Jennifer S., Parent of 2011 Player
