This is not just sports training. 

ADC has spent over a decade developing competitive youth athletes in New Jersey. We started with soccer — and we're still one of the best places in the state to develop your technical game. But we've grown. Today, ADC operates out of a dedicated facility with a full weight room and training field.

 

Our programs are built around the complete athlete: strength and power in the weight room, speed and conditioning on the field, and sport-specific technical development for soccer players ready to compete at the next level. Every program is individualized. Every athlete is assessed. Every session has a purpose.

The facility

Most training programs rent a field one night a week. ADC operates out of a dedicated facility with a full weight room and turf field. That means year-round programming, better equipment, and a real training environment — not a parking lot cone drill.

The approach

We train athletes, not positions. Whether your athlete plays soccer, lacrosse, or flag football, they'll build the same foundation: strength, power, speed, and body control. Sport-specific work is layered on top — not substituted for the basics.

The programming

No two athletes train the same way at ADC. Every athlete is assessed before they start, and every program is built around where they are and where they're going. We don't run cookie-cutter group workouts and call it development.
