Beyond individual sessions, ADC runs structured programs throughout the year—a competitive training roster, seasonal teams, and sport-specific offerings. These are the programs you join, not just the sessions you book.

Summer Select

Soccer Summer Select 

Train. Compete. Improve this summer.  A competitive summer training and team environment built for players who want to improve, stay sharp, and compete at a higher level.  

Summer Select combines high-level soccer training with strength and speed development.
Train twice per week, compete in tournaments, and develop in a structured, competitive environment.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
• 2x trainings per week ( Field +  Weight Room)
• 2 Tournaments
• 2 Scrimmages
• Game Uniform
• Training Top

Limited roster spots. Application required.

Seasonal Programs

ADC runs training camps throughout the year for athletes looking to develop over a focused period. Camps are open to athletes not on the competitive roster.

Summer of Strength & Speed 

For High School & College Athletes

Built for high school and college athletes during their off-season, this program focuses on strength, speed, power, and conditioning.
Train in a structured environment designed to prepare you for your upcoming season and improve overall performance.
