Competitive Roster — Application Required

Soccer Summer Select 

Join our Soccer Summer Select Team, where we focus on developing the whole athlete. Our unique approach combines intense soccer training with strength and speed sessions in the weight room ensuring players enhance their physical abilities alongside their technical skills. 

Experience a training environment designed to elevate your game and prepare you for competitive play Be part of a team that prioritizes holistic development on and off the field!

• 2x trainings per week that include soccer and weight room

Seasonal Programs

ADC runs training camps throughout the year for athletes looking to develop over a focused period. Camps are open to athletes not on the competitive roster.

Pre-season strength and speed training for athletes heading into their spring sport season. Focus on power development, sprint mechanics, and conditioning.
